Strengthening communities by investing in people.

CHANGE SPACE FOUNDATION connects the goodwill of companies with the work of not-for-profits to deliver solutions and make life better for everyone.

Pushing for change.

Because the status quo isn’t working.

CHANGE SPACE was created from the post-pandemic lesson that it’s time to shatter the status quo, which left too many people struggling for a better life.

Throughout North America, the message was clear: Our economy and society aren’t strong unless everyone benefits – with a home, economic security, personal wellbeing, and a helping hand when they need it.

At CHANGE SPACE, finding this new way to get things done is our mission.

Bringing ideas and funding together

Too many are struggling on their own – when we know there’s a world of good out there. Good intentions, great ideas, and the commitment needed to tackle the problems most communities face: poverty, addiction, mental health, an environmental crisis… the list can seem endless.

What’s missing? That’s easy – it’s the funding needed to put the ideas and commitment to work on the ground. Today.

CHANGE SPACE is partnering with companies to put their growing commitments to sustainability and social good to work – helping make sure their funding delivers the greatest impact.

To get things done!

Become part of our movement for better! And let’s build stronger, sustainable communities together.

Not-For-Profits are working hard to help people.

For Not-For-Profits: Talk to us about your goals and projects. Then let’s roll up our sleeves and get things done.

A "social good" company

For Companies: Talk to us about how you’d like to help. Together, we can find the perfect project and get things done.

Change Space Foundation Board Chair, Mathew Knowles
MATHEW KNOWLES

Board Chair

Motivational speaker, entrepreneur, cancer survivor, author, professor, lecturer, music, film and TV executive, artist manager

I’ve experienced the barriers – and overcome them. So I know Change Space can be the vehicle for that kind of positive transformation on a very big scale. We’re creating the connections that will help turn lives around.

More about Mathew

Knowles’ passion, simply said, is to educate and motivate in the areas of entrepreneurship, leadership, sales and marketing, the music and entertainment business, team management and business development, health and wellness, surviving and thriving after cancer and much more.

Why is he so passionate about educating the masses? He feels it’s his duty to give back to the next generation of achievers. After all, few can boast a story that begins in the heart of segregation as a Black man, walking down a dirt road in a small town in Alabama on his way to an all white elementary school (where he was often the
target of extreme racism) to walking down the red carpet at the Grammys.

Mathew Knowles had to overcome countless trials and tribulations, and understands first hand what it takes to create massive, noteworthy success in this world despite the odds being against you.

As a pioneer for Black success in the corporate world, Knowles’ career includes sales and marketing at Xerox Medical Systems (being named its worldwide #1 salesperson multiple years in a row), Phillips Medical System and Johnson & Johnson. In music, having sold over 450 million records worldwide, he has architected the careers of Destiny’s Child, Grammy winner Le’Andrea Johnson, Beyoncé and Solange, just to
name a few. Additionally, he has worked with legends such as Chaka Khan, The O’Jays, Earth, Wind & Fire, and many others. As an entrepreneur, his business, sales, and marketing strategies helped lead to a $75 million acquisition of the apparel line, “House of Deréon.”

He helps individuals and organizations understand the motivation, mindsets, strategies, and work ethic required to spearhead and ignite the spark needed to help entrepreneurs, executives, sales, marketing and leadership teams, as well as dreamers of all types create once in a lifetime results.

He not only helps with this, he shows his audiences exactly what needs to be done. He has held positions at various institutions including Pepperdine University, London College of Creative Media, Point Blank Music School and is currently the Dean of the Black Music Industry Certification Program, at the distinguished National Museum of African American Music.

He also serves on various boards in dozens of industries as an advisor.
